MANAGEMENT FOR LANDLORDS
If we don't collect your rent, you don't pay your 7.5% management fees!

- Rent Collection
- Complete on-going tenancy management
- CORGI Gas Checks, EPC's and NICEIC Electrical checks arranged
- Entry inspections with tenant and / or guarantor
- Exit inspections with tenant and / or guarantor
- Routine maintenance and repairs (Spend limit capped without permission from the Landlord)
- All invoices paid on behalf of Landlords
- Renovations
- Furniture, Carpets, Flooring & White Goods (where required)
- Insurance arranged (where required (additional charge applies))
- Any other bespoke requirements of the Landlord
- Serving of Section 8's, Section 21's and any other notices included
- Issue of court papers
- Attending court hearings
- Collection of arrears for previous tenancies not managed by Bevers Property Management (Ltd) historically
- Recovery of tenancy debts and monies due through legal channels
- Monthly payments to Landlords with full statement and receipts — so Landlords are assured that they only pay the cost to Bevers Property Management (Ltd), without any non-agreed add-ons
Our rates are extremely competitive at 7.5%. We do not charge extortionate fees and we guarantee that there is absolutely no compromise on the quality of service that the Landlord should expect because our fees are low.
TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE
We can source tenants for landlord's properties, without dealing with the on-going management, if the Landlord prefers to manage the properties themselves. We will:
- Provide a rent appraisal
- Conduct viewings
- Reference tenants & guarantors
- Create the tenancy agreement and inventories
- Take photographic references
- Entry inspection with tenant and / or guarantor
- Give monies and documents to the Landlord
There is a one off fee for this service, for which we charge £200. This is less than HALF of the average market rate, which is usually the equivalent of one full month's rent for the property.
TENANCY AGREEMENT & INVENTORY WRITING SERVICE
We can complete all required documentation of behalf the Landlords:
