Guarantee for Tenants

For a new tenancy, tenants will pay a one off £100 administration fee, which covers the fees for taking up references on the tenant. There is an additional one off fee of £50 for referencing the guarantor.

All the tenant will pay is one months rent in advance, the administration fee and the guarantor referencing fee.

EXAMPLE:

• Property monthly rent is £345
• Adminstration Fee is £100
• Guarantor Fee is £50

TOTAL PAYABLE TO START TENANCY = £495

Remember, there is NO DEPOSIT!
