We also have a team of contracted service providors in order to ensure 24/7 service provision.
By employing and contracting our own teams, the landlord can rest assured that pricing remains low and consistent and that the landlord is NOT paying extortionate job prices, the landlord is simply paying for the time taken for the job to be completed.
All materials are bought by Bevers Property Management (Ltd) on account at exceptional discounts and the landlord pays the price that we do, guaranteeing that there are no additional add on costs for materials - we even send the landlord the receipts for all materials so that the landlord can see that they are paying the same price for materials that we do.
