PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES

Bevers Property Management (Ltd) can offer either a full or bespoke property management service, dependent upon your requirements. Our fees are extremely competitive and are below that of average market rate. Our guarantee to Landlords is that if we don’t collect your rent, you don’t pay your management fee. This assures you of the excellent service that you expect from your managing agent.

We offer two management options to our clients, details of these can be found below.

Energy Performance Certificate £60.00 +VAT 10% Discount
Arrangement fees added on any invoices over £50.00 10% Charge No charge

 

TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE

We can source tenants for landlord’s properties, without dealing with the on-going management, if the Landlord prefers to manage the properties themselves. We will:

  • Rental appraisals
  • Property Condition Surveys
  • Preparation of Letting Particulars
  • Marketing & Advertising
  • 100% Accompanied Viewings
  • Referencing of tenants and guarantors
  • Tenant credit checking (where required by landlord (additional charge applies)
  • Preparation and provision of all tenancy documentation
  • Full Inventories
  • Entry inspection with tenant and / or guarantor
  • Collection of the first months rent on behalf of the landlord
  • Provision of all documents to the Landlord upon completion of the transaction

There is a one off fee for this service, for which we charge £350 plus VAT.  This is less than HALF of the average market rate, which is usually the equivalent of one full month’s rent for the property.

TENANCY AGREEMENT & INVENTORY WRITING SERVICE

We can complete all required documentation of behalf the Landlords:

  • Photographic & Full inventories
  • Tenancy agreements
  • Entry Inspections on behalf of clients
  • Exit Inspections on behalf of clients

There is a one off fee for these services, which we charge at £50 each plus VAT
