HOME OWNING GUARANTOR TENANCIES

The vast majority of properties let by Bevers Property Management (Ltd) have NO DEPOSIT payable.

To apply for a Bevers Property Management (Ltd) property, the tenant will require the following:

  • Home owning guarantor
  • References¬†(we will obtain these on your behalf)
  • Completed & Signed Bevers Property Management (Ltd) Application Form

 

DEPOSIT TENANCIES

For a small number of properties let by Bevers Property Management (Ltd), we will accept a Deposit if you do not have a home-owning guarantor (upon a satisfactory application)

To apply for a Bevers Property Management (Ltd) property, the tenant will require the following:

  • Deposit (This will be protected by the Deposit Protection Service for the life of the tenancy)
  • References (we will obtain these on your behalf)
  • Completed & Signed Bevers Property Management (Ltd) Application Form

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

(Currently in line with covid-19 restrictions)

MAKE AN APPLICATION:

Once you have viewed the property advisement or virtual tour, you can submit your application using the form at the footer of this page. This form is completely electronic and you will be able to complete all fields using your computer or smartphone (You will need to download the form to your device beforehand). Please complete ALL text fields and supply as much information as possible. Please DO NOT sign the form. All parties will be asked to sign the form securely (via a secure link to their email address) once it’s been reviewed by a member of our team.

SUBMIT YOU APPLICATION:

  1. Complete IN FULL the application form and send this to us via email (lettings@bevers.co.uk)
  2. Attach Two months (most recent) bank statements for each tenant and guarantor (guarantor information is not required if you are paying a deposit)
  3. Attach Photographic Identification for each tenant and guarantor (guarantor information not required if you are paying a deposit). If you do not have photographic Identification, a birth certificate supported by a photograph taken at our offices will be the only acceptable alternative to photographic identification
  4. Attach Proof of your current address for each tenant (e.g utility bill showing your name and address less than 2 months old)

RECEIVE A DECISION:

We aim to process all applications within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the time taken by third parties to reply to our requests for information

VIEW THE PROPERTY:

Once we have reached acceptance we will then organise an official viewing with Covid-19 restrictions in place, you will NOT be obliged to proceed with the tenancy if you change your mind after viewing the property.

AGREE A MOVE IN DATE:

We will hold the property for a maximum of 1 month from the date of acceptance and we will arrange a sign up appointment for you and your guarantors (if applicable) Subject to Covid-19 restrictions.

PAY YOUR RENT / DEPOSIT:

Advance rent and deposit is payable on the day PRIOR to the day you move into the property.

RECEIVE YOUR KEYS:

Keys will be given once all documentation has been signed during your sign up appointment at the Bevers Property Management (Ltd) office or the property, all tenants and all guarantors will need to be present. This process takes approximately 1 hour.

MOVE IN WITH A WARM WELCOME FROM THE BEVERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (LTD) TEAM

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUARANTORS WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE TENANCY AGREEMENT. AND THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. TENANCY AGREEMENTS CAN ONLY BE SIGNED AT THE PROPERTY THE TENANT IS RENTING OR AT THE BEVERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (LTD) OFFICE WITH ALL TENANTS AND GUARANTORS AND A MEMBER OF BEVERS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (LTD) STAFF BEING PRESENT.
