I just wanted to say thank you for always being so responsive to our repair requests, the property we rent is very old and as such has a lot of niggling jobs that crop up so I spend a lot of time having to contact you! You've always responded quickly and sent someone to attend in a timely manner, and bit by bit we are getting there. I've always been wary of privately renting after hearing horror stories about landlords leaving tenants living in squalor, so we did our research before choosing an agent to rent from and I'm glad we did, Bevers have been fantastic from start to finish, the moving in process was smooth and incident free and Hayley and Dionne are especially helpful and great to deal with. I can see me renting from Bevers for many many years to come, I love my new home.
